Good morning everyone.
A few weeks ago, I presented to approximately 700 realtors from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver on two topics, one being the importance of a title search, and the realtor obligations regarding same. Not going to lie, this was done to not only alert realtors as to their obligations, but also as an introduction to Terra Firma Title Review.
The response was outstanding, and a number of realtors signed up for the service last week following the presentation. We are now at approximately 900 realtors, with about 90,000 charges in our library.
We decided that we would resume our email updates with a focus on title searches, realtor obligations and how to protect yourself from any claims. While these emails are primarily for realtors, we are including our entire database so that everyone is aware of the importance of these issues.
