We are currently looking for someone with some conveyancing experience or education in conveyancing to join our Team. As this is a position with wide and varied responsibilities the ideal candidate should be a team player who is upbeat, energetic, able to multi-task and has strong communication skills.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): contacting clients, mortgage brokers and real estate agents to obtain all the necessary information for preparing the real estate files, opening of the files, the booking of client appointments, ordering of strata forms, tax information, bank payout statements and at times helping with bank runs and providing reception relief.
Prior experience or education in real estate conveyancing is required. As the position may involve some driving both a valid driver’s licence and car are also required.
