1. Thank you for all the YouTube views of our Christmas video. At last look we had over 2500 views, and I am expecting my royalty cheque from YouTube any day now. Speaking of cheques, we will donate $2,000.00 to Camp Choice, which empowers youth to create positive change in themselves and their communities (http://www.campchoicebc.com/)
2. Check out https://bit.ly/2ANGdNI for updates on the new Speculation Tax. It is up to homeowners to apply for the exemption. This would be a great reminder for your clients as you do not want them to miss the application and have to pay the tax. We are emailing our past clients as well as posting on all social channels.
