Good morning, my team has finally convinced me to resume our videos. Our website (www.bcrealestatelawyers.com) currently has information on Property Transfer Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Stigmatized Properties, Title Insurance and a few other topics, but this is where I need your help.
Do you have any topics you feel are worthy of a 90 second Spags Video? Any items that come up on a consistent basis? Some of the legal issues already on my list are how to arrange your affairs so probate is eliminated, issues with presale contracts and co-ownership agreements. Some client directed videos will include an explanation of the general process, what happens next after online submission submitted and our top 5 – 10 client questions.
