| We have watched a few webinars lately on how mortgage corporations will soon be permitted in BC. Of course, with any government changes soon is relative…..the earliest this will happen is October 2026.
Whether you are a mortgage broker or realtor looking to incorporate, the usual reason to do so is tax savings. For those brokers or realtors who think an incorporation might save some money on their income tax they should start consulting with their accountants over the next few months.
