With the calendar flipping to December, we are receiving a few calls and emails regarding holiday hours.
We are open all business days apart from Dec. 24th, 25th and 26th, and January 1st and 2nd. Normal hours start Jan 5, 2026.
If you have to get a deal done on Dec. 24th or Jan. 2nd, the Land Title Office will be open, and I am sure you can find a firm that is open, but given how busy we have been this year we have decided to reward the staff with a few extra days off with pay.
We are getting close to 5,000 closings this year, and it is all due to the support we receive from people like you. We do not take any files for granted, and we thank each and every one of you. All the best over the holiday season and our emails will resume in January.
