Committed to Customer Service

For those of you that follow us on Instagram you should have seen the post from one of our referral partners about a deal going sideways.  We were dealing with a notary on the other side who was not willing to have her client sign certain documents.  It took us until after hours on a Friday night to have the notary finally return the documents at which time we could finally get the deal registered.  The funds were deposited to the account of the notary around 7 pm.  When we emailed her to let her know the money was in her account, we received an auto reply saying she was closed as of the afternoon and not checking emails throughout the weekend.

The next day (Saturday), the seller was reluctant to hand over the keys as they had not heard from their notary.  Our referral partner texted one of our lawyers who made the necessary phone calls and emails to have the keys handed over on Saturday morning, without any response from the Notary office, other than an out of office notification.

This is just one example of the lengths we go to in order to get the deal closed. Staying open late on a Friday night and taking care of things on a Saturday are not out of the question.

If you read our last email, you now know we can act for both the buyer and seller in certain situations.  And now you know just one example of the lengths we will go to assist our clients buy, sell or refinance their properties.

Thanks, as always, for the support.
